We are currently looking for a dynamic and well organised Project Manager to lead the coordination and management of our supported living service at Lunedale Road, Billingham. This service provides support to 5 people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery and management of the service.



You will be responsible for our current service provision in the area, which includes:



Supported living services for people with a learning disability and people on the autistic spectrum, including people who have additional complex care and communication needs following a positive behavioural support model of care.


This post will suit you if you are seeking the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge of individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and complex needs, whilst developing a career in social care management.



The service is located in Billingham and is easily accessible by bus routes to the wider area and a train station one mile from the service.

You will have relevant experience of supervising/managing staff and significant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, including individuals with autism and complex needs. A good understanding of the Positive Behavioural Support model of care is also required for this position.

You must be able to lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision and support to your team members. You will be able to communicate positively and professionally with the families of the people we support, their advocates and other agencies.
