Job Title- Support Worker
Hours- Flexible Shifts
Pay- £12:30
Location- South Ribble
P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs in the South Ribble area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing high-quality, person-centred care in a non-judgemental and respectful manner.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivering day-to-day support to individuals in line with personalised care plans
Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times
Assisting with daily living tasks, emotional support, and community engagement
Supporting service users with their physical and mental wellbeing
Building trusting relationships that encourage positive outcomes
Requirements:
At minimum of 6 months experience supporting a similar client group
A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Commitment to promoting equality and respecting individual rights
