Set in the stunning Isles of Scilly, our established hotel restaurant celebrates the bounty of local island produce and fresh Atlantic seafood. Our kitchen team creates memorable dining experiences that match our breathtaking location. The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional cuisine during our busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage your designated section
• Create dishes using fresh local ingredients and seafood
• Maintain high standards of food preparation
• Support kitchen operations during peak service
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Assist with menu development
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player mentality
• Passion for quality ingredients
• Adaptable approach to island living
Attractive Package:
• £2,000 per month (inclusive of accommodation)
