Summary

Lubrication Technician – Spalding (Part-Time)

Location: Spalding Power Station, Lincolnshire

Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week

We’re hiring a Lubrication Technician to support our Total Fluid Management services at Spalding Power Station, a modern and efficient energy site. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time work while staying hands-on in a technical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing lubrication tasks and oil analysis

- Supporting maintenance and environmental duties

- Managing lubrication schedules using digital tools

- Collaborating with site teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:
- You will have previous experience in a mechanical engineering position with a good understanding of rotating equipment, maintenance and fluid management.

- You will have strong communication skills and demonstrable experience of meeting agreed targets.

- You will be proficient with MS Office and other office tools with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.

- You will be a flexible team player, who is able to build excellent working relationships so that a first-class service can be delivered.
