A family based in Wandsworth is looking for a temporary part-time nanny to care for their lively toddler. The ideal candidate will hold a valid first aid qualification and have solid experience caring for toddlers; nursery experience would be a wonderful bonus. They are seeking someone nurturing, patient, and confident in supporting a young child’s daily routine and development.
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 2:30pm
Duties include:
Childcare duties
Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants.
Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children’s structure and development.
Engage with the child on interactive play, supporting their speech development, and reinforcing positive behaviour and good manners.
Professional modest clothing is a must/non negotiable for the family.
They need someone who is able to work from August 1 to August 20, 2025.
