About the Role
Search Recruitment are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team for various projects across the beautiful Scottish Borders area. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to work on a range of tasks including site preparation, manual handling, loading/unloading, and general labour duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and clearing
- Manual handling of materials and equipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a labourer is preferred but not essential
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Valid CSCS card (if applicable) is a plus, but not mandatory
