Supporting a Female Service User.
Block shift pattern, working 168hrs every 4 weeks. (2 x 48hr & 2 x 36hr shifts)
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £12.60- £13.09 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
Sleeping Shift: £128 per shift.
Job Purpose
To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to a female individual living in domiciliary care. Working as part of a team, you will support the individual to achieve personal outcomes, maintain independence, and live a fulfilling life.
As a Support Worker, you will:
· Deliver hands-on, individualised support in line with care plans and organisational values.
· Promote independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing in all aspects of support.
· Support individuals to participate in daily routines, social activities, and community engagement.
· Maintain respectful, trusting relationships and act as a positive presence throughout each shift.
· Contribute to a supportive team culture, actively communicating with colleagues and managers.
· Ensure that support is delivered in line with legislation, including the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014.
Additional requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence desirable for this role
