WEA are looking for talented individuals to help us deliver our mission – to bring education within reach. If that sounds like you, then please read on.
As a Into Work Coach, you will provide high quality and motivational support to learners moving into work placements and work. Coordinating available (and potential) work placement opportunities for learners, considering location, travel to work and placement and working operating hours.
Reporting to the Head of Contract Performance and Relationships, the successful candidate will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression, whilst providing an excellent customer service to employers and other agencies.
