Job Title: Trainee Security Controller – Night Shift
Location: Hounslow
Duration: Permanent
Type of site: Corporate site; company Head Office
Pay: £12.21 / hour; if working at other sites, pay rates will vary.
Shift Patterns: Hours are 6pm to 6am working Mondays to Sundays on rotational basis; working between 48 - 60 hours a week on average. Opportunities to work at other sites will also be provided.
Benefits: Company and Site Training provided, Uniforms provided, Holidays worked out pro rata, Pension scheme and many more.
As this vacancy is based at our Head Office in Hounslow, it will be beneficial if you live locally.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• To provide effective communication between our Security Officers and Management.
• Manage Alarm Activation.
• Maintaining roster system, experience use of "Time Gate" will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
• Keep a daily log of activities to be emailed to respective persons at end of shift.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must be smart and presentable.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own.
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.
• Reliable
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
