We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Northampton – a historic town known for its vibrant community, beautiful parks, and rich cultural heritage. From the picturesque Abington Park to the thriving arts and theatre scene, Northampton is a fantastic place to work and explore.

Your Role as Store Manager:
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate team, creating an outstanding shopping experience, and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
• Customer Focused: Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Bonmarché brand values.
• Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow within their roles.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales.
• A strong customer focus and passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training and support.
