Summary
ROLE: Parts Advisor
SALARY: 32k basic + bonus + benefits
LOCATION: Heathrow
HOURS: Monday to Friday 6.30 am – 2.30 pm OR 10.00 am – 6.00 pm and every other Saturday 8.00 – 12.00
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor, who has a passion for setting high standards for our customers.
Parts Advisor - duties:
Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair.
Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their parts needs.
Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer.
Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.
Parts Advisor - about you:
You will need to have previous parts experience in the motor trade
Able to manage your time effectively, is essential. Strong organisation skills are key to this.
