What skills and experience we're looking for
experience of working with children in a primary school
enthusiastic and motivated
have a distinct understanding of inclusion and special educational needs
The candidate will need to: differentiate lesson input, adapt the language and learning demands of a lesson, provide gentle prompts to refocus, deliver pre-/ post teaching, initiate sensory breaks, complete interventions such as precision teaching, toe by toe, catch up numeracy, lego therapy, zones of regulation, comic strip conversations and social stories.
