Description
We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated Educational Psychologists for interim positions to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students to identify their needs.
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual students' psychological and educational needs.
Provide counseling and therapeutic support to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive educational environment.
Offer training and guidance to school staff on best practices for supporting students with psychological needs.
Review and monitor the progress of students and adjust interventions as necessary.
Engage in multi-professional meetings and contribute to the development of whole-school strategies to promote mental health and well-being.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology or related field.
Registered or chartered status with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC, BPS).
Experience working with children and young people in educational settings.
Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
A commitment to inclusive practices and promoting diversity in educational settings.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £62.93
