The Best Connection are currently recruiting Yard Operatives for our client based near Reading. Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Job Security: Temporary to Permanent position!! Team-Oriented: Work in a supportive and collaborative environment Key Responsibilities: Work outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions Load and unload lorries efficiently Picking small items Maintain a clean and organised site Collaborate with the team to complete tasks Receive ongoing training for different aspects of the job It would be a benefit if the successful candidate has a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence!
Requirements: Comfortable working in all weather conditions Willing to perform repetitive tasks Strong team player Able to lift loads over 25kg Physically fit and ready for hands-on work Strong attention to detail with accurate counting skills Perks of the Job: Great career progression Continuous training and development Friendly and supportive team Opportunity for permanent employment
