Job Title: Machine Operative
Location: East Peckham, Tonbridge
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week:
Choice of the below shifts:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Type: Ongoing work leading to a full-time position.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking Packing operatives to join a well-established plastic injection moulding company based in East Peckham, Tonbridge.
Please be aware that this role is mainly static, and attention to detail is the top priority. Candidates seeking a fast-paced active role will not suit this opportunity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work in a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Performing hourly quality checks Ensuring products meet company standards Keeping the work area clean and organized Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor Packing, sealing & labelling boxes, preparing them for distribution What Were Looking For: High attention to detail Ability to be stationary for long periods of time Ability to follow instructions and work independently Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site Benefits: Weekly pay Ongoing, stable work Friendly working environment Opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing setting Immediate starts available.

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
