Summary
Are you an experienced Aluminium Fabricator looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We are looking for a Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturer in Salisbury.
This Fabricator position is a permanent role, working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a salary of £26,667+ per annum on offer.
As a Fabricator, you’ll report directly to the Production Manager and play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll work with a variety of tools and machinery (CNC, mitre saw, routers, drills, etc.) to fabricate bespoke glazing products with the following responsibilities:
- Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and curtain-walling to specification
- Operate power tools and associated machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Uphold health & safety standards and report any concerns
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Embrace continuous improvement and "Right First Time" philosophy

- At least 5 years’ worth of experience as an aluminium fabricator
- Skilled in using a wide range of power tools
- Ability to understand and follow technical drawings
