Chefs Wanted - Ongoing Work in Kilmarnock (£15-£17 DOE)

We are recruiting Chefs for a long-term placement with our client in Kilmarnock - a large, busy prep kitchen supplying high-volume festive and seasonal food.

Role Overview:
You'll be working mostly in prep and chef de partie duties, helping with Christmas production such as:

• Rolling and pressing turkey

• Preparing roulades and other festive items

• Supporting a high-output kitchen team with day-to-day prep

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm

• 1-hour lunch break

• £15-£17 per hour (depending on experience)

• ASAP August start

• 2-3 months consistent work, with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidates

Location & Access:

• Based in Kilmarnock

• Only a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop

• Driving licence preferred but not essential

• Reliable, switched-on chefs who can pick things up quickly

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety

• Team players who can work efficiently with minimal supervision once trained
