Essential Requirements, Valid Current Driving Licence, Qualification - N.R.A.S.W.A accreditation, City & Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ in construction Level 2 or equivalent, Minimum 3 years’ experience in Street Masonry

The Role:
We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Street Mason to work within our Highways Operations team.
As part of our busy team, you will undertake highway related operational duties, as part of the construction and maintenance of footways and carriageways.
About You:
You will have experience of general highways construction and maintenance and installing/repairing kerbs, flags, block paving, bituminous surfacing, drainage, manholes/gullies etc with sound knowledge of construction health and safety, and an understanding engineering/construction drawings and utility company asset plans.
You will also have experience of managing a team of maintenance operatives and must be NRASWA accredited. Class C1 (over 3.5T) essential and Class C LGV would be an advantage
