Crynodeb
As a Salaried GP, you will provide clinical care across our NHS commissioned services including Urgent Primary GP, Integrated Care Ward, Extended Access, Virtual Ward, and our Private GP service. You'll work face-to-face and remotely, with flexibility to operate across several sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based clinical care in line with national and local guidelines/ Manage long-term conditions and complex cases/ Support service development, audits, and quality improvement/ Mentor junior clinical staff and trainees/ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care/ Engage with patients and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
