We are looking for an individual with the skills, experience and passion to contribute to achieving this aim.We are looking to appoint an excellent member of staff to support students on modified timetables in Key Stage 4 who will access our new Learning Intervention Centre (The Harbour) . You will be responsible for developing this provision and making external links with other providers. You will with faculties to track the progress of students and work with Middle Leaders throughout the school. The successful candidate will have unlimited optimism, be well organized with excellent communication skills and a tenacity to succeed.In return you will enjoy a unique working environment at Penair and ongoing training and support to help you excel and develop your career.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people and we expect staff to share this commitment.
