Our client a beautifully appointed nursing home, is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 and a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a home that is proud of its Good CQC rating and strong reputation for person-centred care.

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home. You’ll oversee nursing practice, support the wider care team, and ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care and support.

What They're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
  • Significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior role e.g. Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse
  • Excellent understanding of clinical best practice, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
  • A confident leader with strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Passionate about high-quality care for older adults and promoting a positive culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams
  • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care that meets individual needs
  • Lead on care planning, assessments, and risk management
  • Monitor compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support and mentor staff to promote professional development and teamwork
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families
  • Work closely with the home manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
