Your Role as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

As a key member of the nursery team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional care and early years education tailored to individual children.
  • Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS activities that support children's learning.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and play.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and contribute to their development plans.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
  • Follow all safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
