Your Role as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:
As a key member of the nursery team, you will:
- Deliver exceptional care and early years education tailored to individual children.
- Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS activities that support children's learning.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and play.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and contribute to their development plans.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Follow all safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
