A school is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team from September 2025. We're a specialist school committed to nurturing every student's potential through personalised, inclusive education.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with complex learning needs.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and sensory profiles
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a range of SEND needs
• Create a positive and structured learning environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews
• Experience teaching learners with SEND in a specialist or mainstream setting
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of inclusive practices and behaviour support strategies
• A nurturing, adaptable, and team-focused approach
