Your role

Be the first point of contact on Reception for all clients and employees. Photocopy and general admin duties.. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail for collection.. Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs. Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works. Coordinating programmed works schedules. Working to meet customer and client expectations. Validating each job to ensure the required information is available. Ensuring all regulatory information is updated,. logged and logged to relevant system. Administrating works to support Supervisors\Site Managers to enable them to prioritise and schedule. Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and support Supervisor\Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements

What We Need from You.

Good level of education. To be competent in all aspects of Microsoft office and have good organisational skills. Experience working within the social housing sector (desirable). Demonstrated ability to improve service and performance and be capable of using IT systems, including Microsoft Office software in particular Outlook, Word & Excell.
