Job Description
As Chef de Partie, you’ll support the production of high-quality meals in line with budget, client expectations, and food safety regulations, all while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, production, and presentation to company standards
Support restaurant and hospitality services on-site and at other locations if needed
Ensure food safety, health & safety, and budget compliance at all times
Serve customers and maintain well-stocked service counters
Keep kitchen and work areas clean, secure, and organised
Carry out reasonable management requests and attend training as required
Support events, special duties, and cover at other ISS sites when needed
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience cooking from scratch and handling high-volume service
Able to follow recipes accurately and consistently
Background in events, banqueting, or hotels is beneficial
Presentable with strong communication skills
Fast, efficient, and productive in high-pressure environments
