Crynodeb
Family support and Bereavement practitioner/manager AFC Band 5 equivalent depending on experience 24 hours per week The post holder will have a key role in developing the service to meet the needs of our client base while providing counselling/support to bereaved families in North Northumberland, raising clinical standards and promoting a learning environment for other health and social care providers. The postholder will also identify opportunities for income generation to support services development, including the provision of Wellbeing services to local businesses. The post holder will be responsible for triaging and allocating referrals to appropriate person & carrying a case load. They will manage and support the student counsellors and active listening volunteers.
