General Manager - The Goodsyard
We are seeking an outstanding service focused manager, to lead our luxury development in Birmingham. If you are someone that is

The General Manager will be solely responsible for delivering all aspects of the lettings and management of the developments,
including the delivery of exceptionally high quality customer service.
What will you do?
* Overall responsibility for operations on site including move in/outs, customer experience and Develop and implement the
reporting of Key Performance Indicators as a way of monitoring operational effectiveness
* Running a legally and regulatory compliant building at all times.
* Ensure all Health and Safety matters are inspected, monitored and actioned appropriately
* Daily management of a team, promote peak performance through effective people management, embracing the one-to-one and review
process
* Preparing and managing the budget for the building and maximising income opportunities.
* Drive customer experience within the development
* Record, respond and resolve customer complaints as efficiently as possible.
What are we looking for?
* Property Management experience within Residential or Hospitality.
* Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
* Excellent people management
* Experience developing high performing teams in a fast paced demanding environment
* Outstanding customer service standards
* The ability to work proactively and to use initiative in a highly competitive and dynamic environment High levels of energy,
drive, enthusiasm and passion for developing themselves and supporting their team
* Good understanding of H&S and building management
Desirable:
* Health and Safety qualification.
* ARLA Qualification
* IRPM foundation level qualification (or willingness to work towards)
