Role overview
We're looking for someone with a proven knowledge of Claims Fraud and coaching techniques who has a genuine passion to help develop our colleagues who handle First Party and Customer Claims Fraud. You will be working collaboratively across the function to provide tailored coaching solutions - enabling our fraud handlers to deliver value in everything they do. This can include delivering and designing training material, referrals, managing stakeholders across the business and ensuring that the team hit their KPI's by continuously monitoring and improving the quality standards.
Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in:
- Driving best results for key metrics such as reserving, indemnity, quality and leakage
- Continuously coaching and developing colleagues - empowering them to develop their fraud handling skills and knowledge
- Unlocking the potential of colleagues to identify and effectively manage difficult customer conversations and complaints with confidence
- Providing training and coaching to support colleagues' professional growth through our career framework
- Acting as a referral point for first party counter fraud teams and negotiating the settlement of claims where required, within agreed authority limit
- Identifying reasons affecting performance using root cause analysis
Essential skills/experience:
- Strong background in claims fraud alongside a good understanding of the overall claims journey
- Proven background in the ability to successfully coach colleagues - aware of coaching models and the various was to implement this
- Experience with litigation and trials
