About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a skilled Foundry Operative to join our dynamic team! You’ll play a key role in crafting precision-made cores used in the production of high-quality ductile iron and steel castings, supplying parts for turbo/manifold systems and general engineering applications.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Producing cores for casting operations to support world-class manufacturing standards
• Following production programs, work instructions, and customer requirements to the letter
• Working with various tools and equipment – safely and efficiently
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including quality and engineering
• Maintaining accurate records of processes and production data
• Thinking critically and solving problems on the spot – your insight will matter!
What We're Looking For:
• Foundry core-making experience preferred (but we’re open to fast learners!)
• A safety-first mindset – you're confident and capable with tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, quality-focused approach
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
• Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical instructions and documents
• A continuous improvement mindset – always looking to do things better
