A growing business is seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to help drive sales and develop both existing and new client relationships. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, you'll focus on lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls (both cold and warm)
* Book appointments and hand over to the wider sales team where appropriate
* Answer inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Tailor pitches and propositions to different sectors and client types
* Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness
* Follow up leads and opportunities proactively
* Work with the marketing team to align efforts and maximise lead generation
* Share successful approaches and contribute to team performance
* Highlight resource needs and work collaboratively with managers to resolve them
What We’re Looking For
* Previous telesales or call-centre experience is a bonus but not essential
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections or rejections
* Able to quickly learn and explain products or services to prospects
* Familiar with basic IT systems (experience with CRM software a plus)
* Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to location
