Come and join our Employability team where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the customers we support.
We currently have two exciting opportunities available:
A part-time role (18.5 hours per week)
A full-time role (37 hours per week)
You'll work with customers to raise their aspirations, overcome their challenges and barriers to help them move into employment. The Employability team provides one-to-one support to people looking for training and employment opportunities as well as offering work experience, volunteering and apprenticeship opportunities.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a friendly team of individuals who all care passionately for the people they support. This is a challenging but rewarding role and you’ll need to be dynamic, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and have experience of supporting and motivating people to achieve their goals.

As part of this role, you may need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement.
Pay award pending minimum 2.2%
