FTE Salary: up to £32,763 per annum, plus £5,000 annual market supplement(Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

SGS College’s Construction Apprenticeship Department have an exciting opportunity for a Gas, Plumbing and Heating Lecturer/Assessor to join SGS College. Are you interested in passing on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of Construction Apprentices?

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
-Responsibility for a cohort of plumbing & domestic heating apprentices
-Support learner interviews and screening process
-Support the planning and delivery of pre-apprenticeship programmes
-Deliver the work-based element of the apprenticeships, including on-site training, assessment and feedback and in-class support sessions.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
-Level 3 or equivalent NVQ in Plumbing qualification / or relevant industry qualification
-Valid Gas or Renewables Qualifications
-Assessors Qualification
-GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above or Level 2 equivalent
-Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Plumbing & Domestic Heating (Gas/Renewables)
