Crynodeb
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of people/team management including sickness/annual leave monitoring, shiftrostering, data analysis and reports as well as having an understanding of operational service delivery needs.You will work closely with the Referral Centre Manager, Senior Team Leader and the Clinical Management Team to provide updates onperformance within the Referral Management Centre as well as the wider clinical team.
