Sales office assistant
Monday to Friday role
Part time 25 hours per week (9.30 -2.30)
The role is to start September 2025.
£16400, plus company bonus scheme, pension, staff discount and free parking

We are currently supporting a family-run company on the outskirts of Rainworth, Nottinghamshire, with the recruitment of a sales office assistant. They need someone who is highly organised with a flexible hands-on approach, due to location own transport is essential.
Duties for the sales office assistant
• Managing all aspects of customer services, their client includes major high street retailers they also have a retail store.
• Monitoring stock levels and organising stock takes.
• Working closely with other departments of the company to ensure 110% client satisfaction
• Basic accounts work.
• Updating the CRM system and daily use of excel spreadsheets.
Person requires for the sales office assistant
• Previous experience gained in an office ideally from retail or wholesale.
• Stock management experience would be helpful.
• Strong excel skills.
• Clear communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload.
• A strong team player – happy to help wherever needed
