Hays Education are currently recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant at a vibrant Primary School in Wells, starting immediately. This full-time role involves supporting pupils in Years 4-6 with their learning and development. Your new role
- Support pupils in KS2 with classroom activities and group work.
- Help manage behaviour and promote engagement.
- Provide one-to-one support where needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting KS2 pupils in a school setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Two recent references.
