Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to individuals experiencing complex emotional difficulties and personality disorder? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Dialectical Behaviour Therapist (DBT) to join our CASCADE Service within the Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Personality Disorder Pathway. This post is being recruited to provide essential cover for maternity leave and to help meet increasing service demand.
This exciting role offers the suitable candidate opportunities to provide individual and group interventions to both adults and young people. You will join a large and diverse psychological therapies team, consisting of clinical psychologists specialist psychological practitioners and assistant psychologists. The services are committed to providing the best care for women and young people, and as such service user involvement and co-production are central to what we do.
If you are passionate about working with adults and young people, contributing to the delivery of adherent, evidence based interventions and are able to compassionately challenge systems and staff to be better, hold integrity and also connect with the people around you, we hope you apply.
