We have a vacancy for a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator who can support the nursery manager in providing high quality childcare and strive for excellence.

Duties:
-Provide an enriched learning environment for all children
-Plan weekly to ensure the childrens next steps are being achieved - putting interventions in place as and when required
-Ensuring daily dairies are kept upto date
-Following the EYFS and meeting the welfare requirements
-Supporting children to become independent learners
-Safeguarding the children at all times
-Adhering to company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
Qualifications
-Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, e.g. Level 3
-Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
-Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable)
-Paediatric First Aid certificate (within date if qualified post 30th June 2016)

The position is full time working upto 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.

Due to the nature of the work, we will require an additional criminal records check (or checks if more than one country) for anyone who has lived or worked abroad.
