We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Management team and play a vital role in delivering a seamless service to our customers and stakeholders.

This is a varied role that supports all aspects of FM delivery - from day-to-day operations to wider service improvement projects.

You’ll be part of a team focused on achieving clear outcomes, ensuring high-quality, efficient support that meets customer expectations.

There are strong opportunities for progression and upskilling, making this a great stepping stone for someone looking to develop their career in facilities or business support.

Key Responsibilities

Office-based role across two floors in two buildings, supporting around 200 staff
Reception team of three Facilities Assistants (FAs)
Front-of-house and reception responsibilities
Manage meeting rooms and provide general administrative support
Handle mailroom tasks and incoming/outgoing post
Liaise with contractors as part of daily operations

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Ideal background in administration or facilities, with strong general office skills
Experience in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness
Proactive, team-oriented individual who can contribute across a variety of tasks
Confident managing reception, admin, and facilities duties
Experience in food preparation is a plus
