1X30 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Early Years practitioner required to join our Nursery
We are seeking a suitably qualified and dedicated Early Years Practitioner with excellent communication skills to join our nursery team.
This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they thrive both socially and academically.
We believe that children learn through play, and that play shall be valued. We aim to help children develop their confidence and independence by providing a warm and secure environment,

The ideal candidate will;
Have minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and childcare.
Have knowledge and understanding of preparing, planning, delivering safe, creative, appropriate activities linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage
Have ability to assess children’s learning and development
Have an inclusive ethos with high expectations and aspirations for all the children they work with.
Demonstrate a calm and relaxed manner.
Have excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
Be able to communicate effectively with other professionals and parents.
Work collaboratively with others to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in their care.
Have knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
Show good organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Be consistent in expectations of behaviours and learning.
Have good English & Maths skills
