What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care to our students, including assistance in the bathrooms. Beyond personal care, you may provide some pastoral support so strong communication and written skills are desirable, as they will enable you to connect effectively with our students and contribute to their overall well-being.
