Your new opportunity
Quarriers NLSL service is recruiting Support Workers who are looking for weekend work supporting people with physical, mental or learning disabilities. The service supports people 24 hours 7 days a week and we are keen to find candidates who are available to cover long or short weekend shifts including sleepovers.
As a Support Worker you will be person centred in your approach and ensure people are kept safe and feel secure in their own homely environment. You will support them with activities at times held in a community base setting where they can thrive and enjoy socialising with others.
Working pattern: Shifts over weekends in each service may vary depending on individuals needs, ranging from 4.5 hours per day to working day into sleepover shifts. We will consider applicants who can work 2 out of 4 weekends as a minimum to ensure the people we support have consistency to meet their support needs.
