Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Lichfield, WS13 area.
You must be available to work Monday to Fridays, working 12.5 hours per week, between the hours of 3:30-6pm.
This is a hands-on cleaning position, so cleaning experience is preferred however not essential.
You will be responsible for cleaning you own section on the site, as well as supervising other employees & their area's.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.
You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to Customer/ Site Team
• Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
• Use of Timegate for Actual pay
• Daily rectification of faults
• Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly
• Supervising other Employees & their area's
• Supervise everyone's area's to ensure all work is satisfactory
