- Pay rate: £25-27 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding components for wear, damage, or defects.
- Interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine scaffolding needs.
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with industry standards and site safety protocols.
- Secure scaffolding to structures and maintain stability using appropriate methods.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
- Maintain and organize scaffolding equipment and tools.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a scaffolder in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced or Part 2/3 Scaffolding certification.
- First Aid or Health & Safety training.
- Experience with system scaffolding (e.g., Cuplock, Kwikstage, Layher
