We’re looking for a fluent Turkish speaker to join our elite advisory team in Hammersmith — someone ready to operate at pace, drive real results, and build a career that goes far beyond the ordinary.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Advising HNW and UHNW clients on UK mortgage solutions — residential, buy-to-let, development, and bridging
• Supporting Turkish and international clients purchasing UK property
• Working with 150+ of London’s top estate agents and developers
• Managing your own client pipeline — lead to application, offer, and completion
• Operating under our self-employed model with uncapped commission and full back-office support

What We Look For
• Fluent Turkish speaker with excellent written and spoken English. If you also speak Arabic that would be an added bonus.
• Background in property, sales, or financial services
• Confident communicator who can build rapport and manage complex client journeys
• High-output personality — proactive, resilient, and performance-driven
• Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements
• CeMAP Module 1 or RO1 completed (full CeMAP or RO6 ideal)
• Comfortable working self-employed on a commission-only basis
• Willingness to build your own business with full Capricorn support
Earning Potential (Realistic OTE)
• Year 1: £40,000 – £50,000
• Year 2: £80,000 – £120,000
• Year 3: £150,000+
• Year 4: £200,000++
• Top performers earn £500k+
