Crynodeb
This role is part clinical and part administration. You will work along side other PCN and GP practice colleagues providing excellent standards of patient care with the Fareham & Portchester area. The role will involve also involve a mixture of practice based clinics and home visits. The hours will be Tuesday - Saturday 9.30-2.30
