Keep Shropshire Moving - Join Us as a Workshop Supervisor
We're looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Shropshire and help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

Location: Shropshire
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week, site based 5 days per week
Salary: £35,672 - £37,100 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the workshop and lead a skilled team to deliver maintenance and repair programmes safely, on time, and within budget
Your day to day will include:
-Ensure effective delivery of programme of works
-Undertake weekly safety site inspections of the workshop, ensure good housekeeping is maintained
-Updating of workshop computer systems
-Provide estimates for vehicle repairs
-Collaborate, promote and develop Health, Safety and wellbeing innovations
What are we looking for?
This role of Workshop Supervisor is great if you have:
-Hands on MOT testing experience
-Confident with workshop computer systems and record keeping
-Understand Guide to Roadworthiness and HGV inspection protocols
-Solid knowledge of O Licence compliance (OLAT)
-Hold a valid driving licence - Category B & C (essential for this position)
