Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences for others?
We're looking for a dedicated Well-being Lead to connect with our residents and bring their interests to life through engaging, imaginative, and inclusive activities. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, uncover their unique stories, and lead a programme of events and activities that make every day special.

This is more than a job it’s about making a real impact through creativity, connection, and joy. Whether it’s planning a vintage tea dance, organising a gardening club, coordinating live performances, or introducing new technologies like VR reminiscence sessions you’ll be the heartbeat of the home’s social life.

What we offer:

  • £14.75
  • Pension
  • Onsite Parking
  • Paid DBS/PVG
  • Uniform Provided
  • 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with residents to understand their backgrounds, passions, and preferences then translate those into personalised group activities and one-on-one moments of joy.

Lead the Team: Inspire and guide the Activities Team to deliver a vibrant programme of events and ensure everyone feels included and engaged.

Plan and Organise: Create a varied and stimulating calendar of events from arts and crafts to community visits, intergenerational projects, themed days, music sessions and beyond.

Collaborate with the Community: Work with local schools, charities, musicians, churches and volunteers to enrich the lives of residents and bring the outside world in.

Manage Budgets: Take ownership of the wellbeing and activity budget to maximise impact while ensuring value for money.

Why You’ll Love This Role:
This is a rare opportunity to blend your background in events planning or creative arts with a purpose-led career in care. You’ll have the freedom to design and implement activities that truly resonate with older people, celebrate individuality, and spark joy. With the backing of a hands-on regional support team, you’ll have the tools, time and encouragement to thrive in this vital role.

Join Us If You:

  • Value integrity, respect, and teamwork
  • Love working with older people and hearing their stories
  • Have experience in event planning, arts therapy, wellbeing, or community engagement
  • Are brimming with energy, imagination, and empathy
  • Are looking for a career where creativity meets compassion
