We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-looking Healthcare Assistant for our Womens Health Hub based at the Community Womens Health Services at Mile End Hospital, providing care for women in the community presenting with various Gynaecological conditions.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and enhance your clinical practice. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference to the quality of care, patient safety and patient experience working with the multidisciplinary team in a busy and friendly environment

The successful candidate will be an adaptable team player with good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

The Senior Healthcare Support Worker will be an integral part of the ward/department team actively taking part in meeting the needs of patients and of the service in accordance with agreed standards under direct supervision of the registered nurses, nurse associates and midwives. The post holder will develop essential competencies though training and practice to ensure safety and quality are the priority.
