Our Public Sector client based in Worcester is looking for a strong Administrator to help support their Licensing Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £12.98 p/hr. Please note some work may be required on the weekend on a rota basis. This role is currently fully remote due to office renovations, but will be hybrid working, with 60% of your week (three days) in the office and the rest home working once a return to the office is confirmed.

You will be required to provide administrative support for the preparation of licenses on the client's Outbreak Team. The main role responsibilities are listed below, together with any other ad hoc administration duties as required:

- Preparing license documents

- Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and / or databases

- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork

- Assisting with routine administrative processes and procedures

- Preparing routine correspondence

- Some communication with internal/external stakeholders by email and telephone

You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook more specifically).

Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
