What you'll be doing:
· Planning and delivering innovative, hands-on Design and Technology lessons that inspire creativity and technical skill
· Supporting students of varying abilities to develop practical knowledge and problem-solving confidence
· Creating a safe, inclusive, and well-managed workshop/classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independent learning
· Collaborating with colleagues across departments and contributing to whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities
What we're looking for:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism or experience in Design and Technology
· A passion for inspiring creativity, innovation, and practical skills in young learners
· Strong classroom management with the ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
· A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment
